Music, offered freely, wherever it’s needed.

Soli is a student-led group that performs for hospitals, nursing homes, and community spaces, and mentors the next generation of musicians — all of it free, always.

We go to the audience, not the other way around

Concert halls ask listeners to come find the music. We noticed the people who could use it most — patients, residents, families waiting in a hard week — usually can’t make that trip. So Soli brings the performance to them instead.

Every player is a student volunteer. We rehearse together, build each program around the room we’re about to play in, and never charge a cent — not for a concert, not for mentorship.

Where we play

Three kinds of rooms, three kinds of programs. No two nights look the same.

Hospitals

We set up in lobbies and on wards to give patients, families, and staff a break in the middle of a long day — short sets, no ticket, no stage required.

Nursing homes

Standards and classical favorites residents already know by heart, played in common rooms and dining halls. Requests usually follow.

Community spaces

Libraries, shelters, and local events where a live performance is rare but always welcome — we bring the program to wherever people already are.
